I bring over 18 years of experience in commercial aviation, working in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment where clear decision-making, risk management, and operational discipline are essential. That experience shapes how I approach complex problems: define them clearly, reduce ambiguity, and build practical, reliable solutions.

Alongside my aviation career, I run Project 123 Digital Services, a small practice that develops purpose-built digital tools and automation for organizations with specific operational needs.

I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Wicked Problem Solving Practitioner, with a particular interest in translating real-world challenges into simple, maintainable technology that reduces friction rather than adding complexity.

I'm also an active volunteer with Rotary Halifax Harbour and support Rotary's public image efforts at both the District and Zone levels. My work includes communications, digital strategy, and developing practical tools that help volunteer-led organizations communicate, coordinate, and engage more effectively.

I'm a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and value continuous learning, practical innovation, and technology that quietly does its job well.
